- Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas and/or on the balcony of the guest room (with the door closed).
- Proper behavior in public areas is required: respect the order of arrival; give priority to pregnant women, people with disabilities, and the elderly; avoid loud noises; refrain from inappropriate behavior in public places; supervise children in public areas.
- Please return the room key to the Reception staff upon check-out.
- Please store valuable items in the safe provided in your room or at the Reception desk. The hotel is not legally responsible for any loss or damage to personal property if these regulations are not followed.
- Use electrical devices only for their intended purposes.
- No weapons, chemicals, or explosives are allowed in the hotel premises at any time.
- Illegal activities such as gambling, prostitution, or drug use are strictly prohibited in the hotel.
- If you have outside guests visiting, please inform the Reception. If you wish to invite guests to stay overnight, please contact and register with the Reception to pay the applicable accommodation fee according to the hotel’s policy.
