Room Exchange, Refund, and Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Room Exchange or Refund
  • The room does not match the type or description as booked.
  • The room lacks the services promised as per the agreement.
  • The room contains damaged items prior to check-in.
  • The room is not equipped with the basic amenities required for accommodation as stated at the time of booking.
2. Ineligibility for Room Exchange
  • Issues with room equipment are reported only after a significant delay (e.g., after a specified time period).
  • Failure to comply with the hotel's policies and guidelines.
3. Quality Commitment
  • To maintain our reputation, we are committed to providing all services as booked or as per the written agreement.
  • We are not responsible for equipment malfunctions that are identified after a significant stay period.
  • To avoid issues, we kindly ask guests to thoroughly inspect the room and its equipment before the check-in staff leaves.
4. Refunds
  • We will fully refund the deposit or provide a room exchange if applicable.
