Check-in and Check-out Policy

1. Check-in and Check-out Times
  • Day Use: Check-in after 6:00 PM and check-out before 12:00 AM.
  • Overnight Stay: Check-in before 10:00 PM and check-out before 10:00 AM the following day.
  • Day and Night Stay: Check-in after 12:00 PM and check-out before 12:00 PM the following day.
2. Reservation Confirmation
  • The hotel will contact you to confirm your reservation.
  • Confirmation details and payment methods will be sent to you via email.
  • Your reserved room will be guaranteed once you make an advance deposit.
3. Room Increase
  • If you wish to increase the number of rooms booked, the hotel will accommodate additional rooms based on availability and room type.
  • If the hotel is unable to provide additional rooms, you may need to share a room with others or arrange alternative accommodation for the additional guests.
4. Room Reduction
  • If you wish to reduce the number of rooms booked, you must notify the hotel at least 5 days before the scheduled arrival date.
  • If the reduction is not successfully completed or if you fail to check in as per the reservation, you will be liable for part or all of the booking costs, depending on the circumstances.
5. No-Show
  • If you book a room but do not show up, you will not receive a refund or may receive a partial refund, depending on the situation.
6. Cancellation
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation after booking through the website, please contact the hotel. Cancellation or rescheduling terms and any associated fees will be according to the hotel's specific cancellation policy, which will be communicated during the booking process.
  • Cancellations must be notified in writing via email and confirmed by the hotel before the scheduled arrival date.
